Just heard some news that Pat Riley is stepping down as the head coach. An official announcement today at 4pm ET. Who will be the next head coach? Some are saying Erik Spoelstra (currently the assistant coach).

I don't know, this seems like a common occurrence with Riley. I mean he tries distancing himself from the team when they perform poorly, but when their game steps up there he is back on the side lines. Although this might be the end of a wonderful coaching career, the question of him returning to coaching will always linger in my mind.
